ADHD Assessments & Therapy Melbourne

Wondering if it's ADHD?
Maybe you've spent years being told you're smart, but you just can't seem to 'get it together'. Maybe work or school takes twice the effort it seems to take everyone else, or the responsibilities of everyday life feel constantly overwhelming. Maybe you're in an ongoing battle with motivation, even for the things you care about most, and procrastination and time management are permanent thorns in your side. Underneath it all, you sense you could achieve more — if only you could work out how.
If that sounds familiar, an assessment is the logical next step. I use a thorough, evidence-based process that looks at your whole life picture — no rubber stamps or rushed opinions. In a time where a digital economy is making everyone more “ADHD-like”, I do careful work aimed at making sense of lifelong patterns. The aim is to understand how your brain actually works, so you can build a life that works with it rather than against it. Whatever the outcome, you leave with answers and a clear sense of what will help.

Most of my work is therapy: deep and unhurried work for people trying to understand why they keep arriving at the same place.
Therapy with me is collaborative and fit for your goals: whether that be understanding your past or developing strategies to help manage in the present.
I currently assess ADHD and see therapy clients at Myndful Psychology in Albert Park.
Services
-

Individual Therapy
One-on-one work for those ready to look inward. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, low mood, ADHD, trauma, grief, identity concerns, and attachment issues. Sessions are collaborative — we work together to understand where the pattern comes from.

ADHD Assessments
Clarity through careful assessment. I conduct ADHD assessments for adolescents (15+) and adults, using gold-standard diagnostic interviews, validated measures, and childhood history. Assessments are collaborative and thorough, and every assessment ends with a plain-language feedback session and a comprehensive report with practical recommendations you can take to your GP, psychiatrist, school, or workplace.
